• Communications: Messages exchanged through our in-app messaging system to protect user contact privacy.

2. Approximate Location Privacy

Exact street addresses are never shown publicly. Public room listings display only the city and general neighborhood. Exact location details are shared privately only when tour arrangements are confirmed between hosts and prospective roommates.

Roomavio supports equal housing opportunity. Listings may not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status or disability.

4. Contact Information Protection

Your telephone number and direct email address remain confidential within your account settings. Prospective housemates communicate through Roomavio's integrated messaging tools. You retain total discretion over if and when to share private contact details with potential roommates.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard measures to safeguard your information, including cryptographic password hashing, HTTPS data encryption in transit, and session protection. We retain account records while your account remains active or as required by applicable laws.

6. Your Choices & Rights
