Roomavio supports equal housing opportunity. Listings may not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status or disability.
3. Account Accuracy & Integrity
Users must provide truthful and accurate information when posting rooms or completing roommate questionnaires. Impersonation, false descriptions, fraudulent listings, or fee extortion are zero-tolerance violations.
4. Direct Inquiries & Safety
Never pay a deposit, wire money or use gift cards or crypto before viewing in person.
